Musical Menagerie ~ Family Concert

Start Date Time Saturday, May 19 2018 - 4:00PM
End Date Time Saturday, May 19 2018 - 5:30PM

An exciting collaboration with Cape Conservatory and Falmouth Chamber Players Orchestra!

Musical Menagerie is a fun, engaging concert for adults and children alike! Selections include “Carnival of the Animals,” a humorous musical suite by French composer Camille Saint-Saëns, and the beloved “Peter and the Wolf,” a symphonic fairytale for children written by composer Sergei Prokofiev. These imagination-inducing works feature brilliant orchestral writing that beautifully displays all of the instrument families in the orchestra. “Peter and the Wolf” will be narrated by our special guest, Dan Tritle of WCAI-Cape & Islands NPR station, while the orchestra brings the story to life
through music.

With a goal of making the arts accessible to all, tickets are just $10!
