COMPLIMENTARY CONCERT TICKETS FOR STUDENTS

The Cape Symphony and Conservatory offer students in grades 5th through 12th and their chaperones free tickets to select concerts so that more students can experience the thrill of a live symphony orchestra performance. Tickets are underwritten by generous donors. This year’s tickets, available to teachers by request, are available for the Classics I through V concerts.

In addition, we will present a free 30-minute pre-concert talk in the Knight Auditorium one hour prior to the concerts (6:30 on Saturday evening). All students attending the Saturday night performance are also invited to stay for the “Meet the Musicians” post-concert reception.

RELATED PROGRAMS & MATERIALS
High school teachers interested in augmenting their music, history, literature, foreign language or other humanities program should consider Lesson Plans for the Classics.  These customized multi-media lesson plans spin off our Masterpiece Concert Series and link history or literature with music.  Contact Christy King, Director of Education and Outreach, at cking@capeconservatory.org

In addition to Tix4Music tickets, students ages 6-18 receive a 50% discount on tickets to any regular season Cape Symphony concert.  Buy tickets online or call the Symphony Box Office at 508.362.1111.
